Tee Times – How to Make

T-Time (Telephone) Reservation System

  • Dial the Tee Time reservation system at 825-3509 by noon on Wednesday.
  • Enter your local member number (the last five digits of your phone number, usually followed by a 2).
  • Press 1 to confirm your member name and number.
  • Press 2 for event request options.
  • Press 1 to make an event request.
  • Press 2 for the Niners.
  • Enter the date of the event.
  • Press 1 to confirm the date.
  • Enter member local number (see above).
  • Press 2 to accept your event request.
  • Record your confirmation number in case you want to make changes.
  • Press 9 to exit the system.
  • On Monday, go to our website at www.mountainviewniners.com, click on “tee times.”
  • If you do not have access to the Internet, go to Mountainview Golf Association room and check the bulletin board for your tee time.

Online Chelsea System

  • Go to Welcome page on the Niner website and click on the link to the Chelsea online system.
  • Login using your local member number and password.
  • Under Requests, click on “Add an Event Request”.
  • Click on the date of the Niner event you want to book.
  • Enter your member number in the box shown.
  • Click on “submit” at bottom of page.
  • Make a note of your event confirmation number in case you need to cancel.
  • Click on “logout” at top of page.
  • You will receive an email confirming your request and your confirmation number.
