Posting Requirements

  • Post your scores for league play before 12 noon on Wednesday following each Tuesday game.  Scores must be posted by then to be eligible for prize winnings.
  • You can post from home or in the MountainView Golf Association Room or at The Preserve posting computer.  To make sure that your entry has recorded in the AWGA system, pause for at least 10 seconds after the second (red) screen comes up.  If you don’t get a report showing the date and score you just posted, please redo the posting.
  • If you are having a posting problem, contact a member of the Handicap Team by 12 noon on Wednesday.  Posting errors will be corrected by the Handicap Team from the signed scorecards.
  • If you miss this deadline – DO NOT POST FOR LEAGUE PLAY.
  • The handicap team will do it for you. They will post/correct scores only for league play, not on casual play dates.
  • Be sure to post your “casual,” non-League, play as well.
